You automatically receive a list of registered entities (here further entities) whose data you may consult or modify.
What data will you find here?
You can search all the data recorded about your entity and establishment units.
This data is often public. For this reason, it is important that it is correct. My Enterprise makes electronic updating of your data easier.
How to search for data?
Access
Not everyone at your entity has access to My Enterprise. Only the individuals authorised to represent your entity have access by default. View the "List of the functions who grant authorisation to represent the registered entity" (PDF, 768.23 KB).
Are you an entity representative? Is your entity not in the list on My Enterprise? If that is the case, your function may not have been registered at the CBE.
In a few easy steps you can file a request via My Enterprise to register the missing representative.
Alternatively, you may fill out the ‘Missing Representative’ form (PDF, 304.49 KB) and send it to the CBE Management Service.
Please bear in mind that digital requests received via My Enterprise are treated with priority.
My Enterprise Powers of Attorney
Entity Representatives may assign power of attorney to other individuals. The holder of power of attorney has the same rights within the application as the representatives.
In My Enterprise, the power of attorney can be
-
registered;
-
revoked or
-
terminated.
Alternatively you may fill out the following forms and send them to the CBE Management Service:
Authorisation to collect registered mail
If you have access to an entity's data in My Enterprise, you may authorise third parties to collect registered mail on behalf of the entity and/or establishment unit. You can register or modify such authorisations in My Enterprise.
Individuals with authorisation to collect registered mail may log in to My Enterprise to view limited data. They may also print a letter of authorisation to collect registered items on behalf of the entity and/or establishment unit.
The authorisation to collect registered mail can be registered at entity level or at establishment unit level.
- Authorisations registered at entity level cover permission to collect registered mail on behalf of the entity as well as its establishment units.
- Authorisations issued at establishement unit level cover permission to collect registered mail only on behalf of the establishment unit in question.
How do you update the data of your entity?
