A vehicle - still under guarantee - had a recurring problem.
In the beginning, the garage supported the first repairs, but started sending invoices claiming it could no longer intervene for free in such a context. The customer had to contact the importer.
As this did not solve the problem and the vehicle constantly broke down, the customer decided to try mediation.
A settlement was reached with the car dealer, and the vehicle was finally replaced.
