For which problems
For any problem between a consumer and a company from the telecommunication sector (problem with a fixed-line telephony contract, cell-phone contract, premium SMS, internet subscription or combination of any of these services; invoice dispute; service interruption; contract dispute; change of operator; customer service quality; ill-intentioned phone calls ...).
Prerequisites for access
- You must have tried to solve the dispute directly with the company, to not avail;
- your dispute must not be over one year old.
How does it work
The service will try to find an amicable solution with the company in question. In case of failure, it will deliver a non-binding opinion. While the mediation service handles your request, the collection of invoices is halted for a maximum of 4 months (however, it is recommended to pay the undisputed invoices).
In case of failure, the parties can still try arbitration or take the matter to a court.
