As a traveller who has contracted a linked travel arrangement, you do have legal protection in the event of the financial insolvency of the trader who offered you the linked travel arrangement.

When the trip is jeopardised due to the financial insolvency of the trader, the insurance company will intervene and offer you a refund. If necessary, you will be repatriated at no extra cost. Pending your repatriation, the insurer is responsible for covering the costs of the accommodation.

Visit the website of the insolvency insurer. You will find the contact details in your travel contract and in the travel confirmation. Use the declaration form on the website to submit your request for intervention online or by mail.

Are you sure that you booked a linked travel arrangement? Consult our page containing the definition of the different types of travel contract.
