Dispute with a marriage bureau
A customer asked for the refund of money paid over within the framework of a marriage bureau agreement (1,500 euro a year) as the persons he met did not match the profile established in the registration file.
The bureau initially refused, claiming the meetings had been organised and the profile was too specific. It is worth mentioning that no such remark had been formulated during the registration process.
The mediation procedure made it possible to obtain a partial refund.
