The FPS Economy has the necessary levers for the preparation, implementation and evaluation of economic policy: a knowledge centre, cooperation and consultation, information, regulation and monitoring. The FPS Economy also wants to be a pleasant, flexible and inspiring organisation.
These levers allow the FPS to fulfil its missions and regulate the market, protect consumers and support businesses.
The strategic emphases indicate the priority areas in which the missions are executed and which are determined by the guidance notes, the recovery plan, the European Semester, etc. for building the economy of tomorrow. Digitisation, sustainability, security and competitiveness, and a forward-looking vision are therefore the four strategic emphases that we are defining for this legislature.
