Dispute concerning a cell phone bought on a French website
The cell phone looks like it has already been used and its packaging was no longer sealed.
The delivery parcel itself had not been opened.
A complaint was made with the French provider, who asked the customer to prove his claims, which was not possible.
Result
Through a mediation procedure, a new phone was sent in replacement. The seller supported all the additional costs.
