For which problems
Any problem between a customer and a company from the postal sector dealing with the national and international sending of packages (bpost or any other company delivering mail and packages).
Prerequisite for access
You must have tried to solve the dispute directly with the company, to no avail.
How does it work
The service will try to find an amicable solution with the company in question.
In case of failure, the parties can still take the matter to a court.
You can either
use the standard form on the website, or
send a request by e-mail, regular mail or fax.
You can also go to the offices every working day between 9am and 4pm, or make an appointment.
