During a first contact, I will check whether your dispute can be dealt with amicably or not. I will give you any useful information about my possible intervention. My rate will only start to apply when you and the other party have formally assigned me my mission.
B2C Disputes:
90.75 euro/h (including VAT) per party (special rate for Belmed)
B2B Disputes:
121 euro/h (including VAT) per party (special rate for Belmed)

How does it work
The procedure can take place in person, in our office or at any other location chosen by the parties, or online.
An initial explanatory contact, free of charge, is always made with each party individually in order to explain the process.
The mediator will make arrangements to ensure that each party feels comfortable throughout the process and will be available to answer any questions, if necessary in private.
The procedure ends as soon as an agreement is reached or as soon as a party requests it.
