For which problems
Commercial disputes dealing with:
- Any commercial dispute in the broad sense of the term
- Conflicts between shareholders
- Conflicts between parties within companies
- Assistance in drafting shareholders’ pact (prevention of future disputes)
Costs
During a first contact, I will check whether your dispute can be dealt with amicably or not. I will give you any useful information about my possible intervention. My rate will only start to apply when you and the other party have formally assigned me my mission.
An amount of EUR 100 (including VAT 21 %) will be requested to cover the costs of initiating the first steps necessary to start the mediation process.
The litigants will each pay the mediator’s fees and expenses in equal shares. An hourly rate of EUR 200 (TVAC) applies, so EUR 100 per dispute. Invoices are payable in large cash.

How does it work?
You contact me by phone or via my email, I get back in touch with you, let’s agree if your dispute is likely to be mediated, if that is the case we contact the other party, try to convince her to participate and if the conditions are met then we start a mediation journey.
