    How does it work

Mrs. Caroline Crappe is a mediator in civil and commercial matters, certified by the Federal Mediation Commission. She respects the deontological principles inherent to the function. The mediator remains neutral and is accepted by both parties. She cannot testify and does not send any report to the judge. The content of the discussions is strictly confidential, with the possible exception of the agreement protocol co-signed by the parties. The mediation process is voluntary and can be stopped at any time by the parties.

The mediator leads the discussion, defines the conflict and identifies and clarifies the choices.

Without imposing a solution, the mediator makes it possible for the parties to exchange their points of view in a constructive form of communication. The mediator facilitates dialogue and reflection in an environment favourable to mutual listening, respect, trust and creativity. Finally, she helps the parties to reach an agreement that complies with the law and respects everyone’s interests.
