How does it Work ?
Hilde Van Parys is a registered mediator in family affairs and in civil an commercial disputes in compliance with article 1727, §6 of the act of 21 February 2005. She is a member of various mediation forums.
A mediator works for and is accepted by both parties.
A mediator guides the parties in their search for a solution that meets the requirements of both parties.
In a mediation procedure, it is the parties themselves that try to find a solution, as opposed to a court procedure where a judge imposes a solution to the parties.
