How does it work
Alexandra Boël is a mediator certified by the Federal Mediation Commission in civil and commercial matters.
Mediation is a voluntary and confidential procedure. The mediator facilitates dialogue and reflection in an environment favourable to mutual listening, respect, trust and creativity. Without imposing a solution, she helps the parties to find an agreement that complies with the law and respects everyone’s interests and that can be ratified by a court of justice if the parties request it.
