For Christmas in 2001, a dressmaker from Drôme with the pretty first name of Milka was given the domain name "" by her sons. She took her time using it, but finally published a webpage with the address and opening hours of her shop. A poisoned chalice if ever there was one, as a few years later, the agri-food giant Kraft Foods, which owns the chocolate brand, demanded the domain name. The case was finally taken to court and Kraft won… 

The moral of the story is that it would have been better for the dressmaker to register "" as the brand name for her online shop!
