All fire insurance that covers simple risks necessarily includes cover against damage resulting from:

  • an attack or a labour dispute (Annex RD 24 December 1992);
  • a storm (Annex RD 24 December 1992);
  • a natural disaster (art. 123 law of 4 April 2014).
