The Belgian Common Guarantee Fund (FCGB) intervenes to repair damage caused by a motor vehicle in Belgium, of which the driver is in control.
- by theft;
- violence;
- fencing of stolen goods.
The Fund has a right of recourse against the latter to the extent that it compensated the damage.
