Good to know
Data entered into or modified in the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises becomes available in Public Search the next day.
Duplication of company registration numbers
If, by accident, an entity was assigned to more than one company registration number, the Management Service will proceed to cancel the duplicate numbers. If you perform a search on one of those cancelled company registration numbers, you will be redirected automatically to the number that has been kept.
If duplicate company registration numbers existed, the number that was kept will be shown. A message will pop up, stating that the duplicate company registration number has been replaced by the number that is displayed.
Data consultation
Data can only be consulted entity by entity, following a targeted search.
Data reuse
Reuse of data made available via Public Search is prohibited. Systematic and uninterrupted downloading of CBE data is not allowed. Any abuse is punishable by a criminal fine ranging from 26 euro to 50,000 euro, or 6% of the total annual turnover of the last financial year preceding the imposition of the fine, for which data enabling the determination of the annual turnover are available, if this represents a higher amount (Section XV.79 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law).
If you wish to reuse the data, please consult the page ‘Public data available for reuse’.

This is the quickest way to find information. Each entity has only one company registration number and each establishment unit has only one establishment unit registration number.
Searching by name

- Search for an entity natural person.
You need to enter the family name. You can refine your search by also entering the first name and/or the postcode. - Search for an entity legal person (company, non-profit organisation, etc.)
You need to enter the registered entity name. You can refine your search by also entering the legal form and/or the postcode. Check the box if you wish to perform the search on a previous name. - Search for an establishment unit

Phonetic search
You need to enter the name as you think it is spelled in the ‘Search term’ field. You can refine your search by checking the box “physical person”, “legal person” or “establishment unit”. You can also indicate the legal form.

Searching by address
For this type of search, you need to fill out the postcode, the street and the street number. After clicking on “Search”, the result will show all the entities and/or establishment units registered at that address.
Searching by activity
If you perform a search by using one or more NACEBEL activity code, you will get a list of entities or establishment units that were assigned the code(s) involved.
The best way to go about this is by first finding the correct code(s) via the link “search NACEBEL code(s)”. You can search by search word (activity) or by activity sector (search by structure). From the list, select no more than 10 codes that you want to use in your search. Click the “+” sign next to a code for a detailed description of the activities.
Next, select how to specify the location – by “municipality”, “municipality and neighbouring municipalities” or “postcode”.
You can refine your search by checking the box “natural person”, “entities legal person” or “establishment units”.
