Under which conditions?

To have incorrect data of a registered entity (here further entity) corrected, the data must:

  • involve your own entity;
  • be in contrast with the real situation, even though your entity has met all its legal obligations;
  • have been entered prior to 1 July 2003 (for commercial companies) or prior to 30 June 2009 (for non-commercial companies under private law).

If either of these conditions is not met, your file will not be processed.

What is the procedure?

Use the ‘My Enterprise’ application for the correction of incorrect entity data.

  1. Log into My Enterprise.

  2. Enter the necessary corrections.

  3. Attach the necessary evidence if prompted by the application.

Your request will be examined. The corrections will be processed if the conditions have been met. The CBE Management Service will notify you as soon as the correction has been processed at the email address you provided.

What adjustments can be applied for? A few examples

Commercial company–natural person

These involve corrections of incorrect data concerning registered entities –natural person entered prior to 1 July 2003.

Commercial company–legal person

These involve corrections of incorrect data concerning registered entities legal persons entered prior to 1 July 2003.

Non-commercial company under private law

If as a non-commercial company under private law you already carried out your activities before 30 June 2009, you have been included in the CBE automatically. Please use My Enterprise to check that your registration is complete and correct.

If your registration is incomplete and/or incorrect you can use My Enterprise to apply for the necessary modifications and corrections.

Foreign entities

With respect to your foreign entity you may request registration in the CBE of one or more missing establishment units by using the My Enterprise application.
