If necessary, you will be repatriated at no extra cost. Pending your repatriation, the insurer is responsible for covering the costs of your accommodation.

    Visit the website of the insolvency insurer of your retailer or tour operator. You will find the contact details in your travel contract and in the travel confirmation. Use the declaration form on the website to submit your request for intervention online or by mail.
