Throughout 2024, our actions, controls, new or simplified regulations, and scientific investments enabled us to implement the three pillars of our Directorate General's strategic plan:

1. promoting a sustainable and competitive economy
2. ensuring consumer safety by exercising oversight in the highest-risk areas
3. establishing a knowledge center and a level playing field so that businesses operate competitively and consumers purchase reliable products and services
