The Directorate-General for Energy of the Federal Public Service of Economy invites you to the annual conference of the Energy Transition Fund. This event will take place on 1 October 2024.
The Energy Transition Fund (ETF) aims to stimulate research, development and innovation in the field of energy. The goal is to support the energy transition to more renewable energy such as offshore wind, to more flexibility and to higher security of supply.
The aim of this event is
- to present the 13 newly selected ETF projects in May 2024,
- to highlight the results of ongoing and completed ETF projects,
- to share knowledge between a wide range of stakeholders,
- to discuss lessons learned for the future.
Additionally, we will be visiting the Flanders Maritime Laboratory, one of the key facilities for offshore wind research projects supported by the Energy Transition Fund. Finally, we would like to use this opportunity to look ahead, with the announcement of the ninth ETF project call scheduled for November 2024.
Find out how the more than 100 ETF-projects contribute to the energy transition in Belgium and beyond.
