Create-Protect-Benefit is a digital platform that aims to  make entrepreneurs aware of the benefits of intellectual property.

The platform allows entrepreneurs to:

• learn about intellectual property rights (IPR) in a simple way and to build up a level of knowledge,
• find answers to IPR issues related to their niche,
• use their IPR effectively and thus add value to their business.

The platform is the result of the cooperation between the FPS Economy, the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property (BOIP), Agentschap Innoveren & Ondernemen (VLAIO), Wallonie Entreprendre and Octrooicentrum Nederland (OCNL).

What the platform offers

On this platform, you will be able to find:

• testimonials from entrepreneurs who have some experience with IPR,
• Smart Guides that contain essential information to help you navigate the complexities of IPR.

You can also get specialized support from an expert member of the organisations that are behind the platform.

Who is the platform for?

The platform was created for:

• entrepreneurs with little or no knowledge of IPR (unawares),
• more experiences companies that can find answers to specific IPR questions.

This platform is dynamic and will be adapted to the needs and based on experiences. It is available in Dutch, French and English.
