The FPS Economy aims to offer quality services. However, if one of our interventions went wrong or if you feel you have been treated inaccurately, we would like to know.
If you are dissatisfied with the functioning of the FPS, the quality of its services or of the interaction with one of our employees, you can file a complaint with the spokeswomen

Complaints should be filed in writing (an e-mail will do).
In order to deal with your complaint, it should contain your name and contact details. Please also mention a file or reference number, if available.
Anonymous complaints are not dealt with.
