All products which, due to their external features, may be confused with toys, and which may incite children aged under 14 to use them as toys, are considered pseudo-toys.
These products do not meet the regulatory definition of toys.
Examples:
Pseudo-toys must meet the essential safety requirements established in the Royal Decree of 4 March 2002 on the safety of toys.
Their usage instructions must include warnings and indications about usage precautions.
The sale of pseudo-toys which may be dangerous when used as toys by children is prohibited.
