The FPS Economy is one of the bodies responsible for carrying out verifications prior to the gaming commission's approval of games of chance. It assesses the compliance of games of chance on the basis of a testing protocol describing the relevant current technical requirements.
The exploitation of gaming machines is subject to a licence being granted by the gaming commission.
A prerequisite for granting a licence is obtaining a type approval issued by the FPS Economy in accordance with the procedures.
The technical regulations gaming machines must satisfy are described in the protocols for inspecting games of chance.
