What about adverts that offer to use your car for advertising?

You have to call a premium-rate number. During this telephone conversation, you have to give a series of information about you, your car and your driving behaviour. After this conversation, you are told that if you have the right profile you will be contacted again. However, this is never the case.

How do I submit a complaint?

  • If you have been a victim of a consumer scam, you can submit a complaint to the Directorate-General Enforcement and Mediation (DGEM) of the FPS Economy.

  • If you have been a victim of an Internet scam, go to www.e-cops.beExternal link, where you can register your complaint directly.
